Todd Property’s latest sales office and cafe is an innovative, relocatable building and the national winner of the Commercial/Industrial Architectural Design Award, a finalist at the Commercial Interior Architectural Design Award, as well as the overall Supreme Winner at this year’s ADNZ Resene Awards.

The industrial nature of the shipping containers has been embraced, left unclad and painted. Extensive windows frame the surrounding landscape, creating a subtle connection with the spectacular scenery of the reserve. The collision of the natural and industrial is celebrated, the contrast accentuated, making each one more striking by comparison .
